JR WPH Coaches Handball at the TRC Summer Camp
JR WPH was proud to introduce handball to campers at the 2026 Tucson Racquet Club All Sports Summer Camp. JR WPH first starting introducing handball at the Tucson Racquet Club All Sports Summer Camp in 2013, providing campers between the ages of 7-14 with the opportunity to play handball. The campers are taught the handball rules, how to hit the ball with their right and left hands, the serve, and eventually rallying with either unlimited bounces, three bounces, or two bounces…

JR WPH Clinic at the 2026 AZ State 4-Wall Championships
WPH Master Instructor David Fink led a 4-Wall instructional clinic for several enthusiastic junior and collegiate handball players from Phoenix and Flagstaff, focusing on stepping into the ball and letting the ball drop, developing proper left-hand throwing and hitting mechanics, and ending the clinic by rallying with each of the players….

The 2026 Dan Gebben Classic Wraps
The spectacular Charter Oak Park played host to the 2026 Dan Gebben Classic at one of the Northeast’s premier outdoor handball destinations, featuring 65 entries and matches running from 8 am until 9 pm on a perfect Saturday in late July at Charter Oak Park. Burgos Defends at the 2026 AZ State Four-Wall Championships
Men’s Open Singles
Race 4 Eight #5 Ivan Burgos entered the 2026 AZ State 4-Wall Championships as the defending champion and top seed and advanced to the final by defeating his protégé and multiple-time junior national champion Ayden Brule.
Race 4 Eight #4 Leo Canales made the two-hour drive from Phoenix to compete in Flagstaff and was ruthless in his two-game sweep against former Race 4 Eight finalist Max Langmack in the bottom bracket semifinal.
Burgos led late in the first game of the final but was unable to close out the high-intensity first game….
