I'm so proud of my girl. AVO is here in Atlanta, GA at the PMA Fresh Summit. Over 2 days we are serving up 3000 delicious samples of Haile's Zucchini Stacks filled with a Rosemary Cashew Cream and Broccolini & Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, and Tomato, Carrot Coconut Soup with Pickled Tomato, onion and Jalapeño. Delicious & Nutritious!

Took this week off to regroup and fine tune some things, also recipe testing. This crispy shiitake mushroom chopped salad (full of kale, cabbage, peppers, edamame, broccolini, and cashews) with yummy homemade peanut sauce is beautiful, delicious and very nutritious.

It was a pleasure catering lunch at yesterdays Profitable Business Model Workshop put on by Varela Consulting at RAIL YARD. Everyone enjoyed my Greek Quinoa & Lentil Salad Lettuce Cups, Buffalo Chickpea & The Sea Sandwiches, and BBQ Chickpea Chopped Salads! I also had the pleasure of attending the workshop which was FANTASTIC! I highly recommend their workshop series. Thank you Stephanie and Ana for the opportunity to serve you both and the other attendees.
