Dear Sumaj friends:

After years of serving Bolivian street food throughout Tucson, we are happy to finally have a permanent spot where you can now find us regularly. Many of you have followed our journey, and we’re truly grateful for all the support along the way.
Our food truck will continue serving the authentic Bolivian dishes you love! just now parked at a permanent location instead of moving around.
Thank you for every message, visit, and show of support over the years. It has meant so much to us and helped make this possible.

Join us for our Soft Opening on June 4th from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

Since this is a soft opening, our hours and service may vary a bit throughout the summer as we settle into our new routine.
