“Deputy of the Year,” was the award given to my father tonight…there is no one more deserving of such a title.

It is an absolute honor and privilege to call this man my dad. His service and devotion to our family, Greenville County Sheriff’s Office, our schools and our community will be felt for generations to come!

He has spent the last part of his career in a division that sees some of the darkest, most disturbing cases imaginable. He places his armor on daily as he charges into battle protecting children against s*x crimes and internet predators. He is passionate about the safety of the next generation and has devoted himself to a career that daily helps victims and families.

I love you, ‘Deputy of the Year!’ I’m so so proud and grateful for all that you have done with our family and our community.

Also, my daughter was able to meet one of her idols Jane Robelot WYFF News 4! Such a gem!
