We have lots to share with you all as we get closer to the 3rd Annual Roadrunner Gala! Today, we're excited to share our caterer - Smokin’ Train BBQ LLC.

They are a local homegrown BBQ catering business offering mouth watering smoked meats- pork, brisket, chicken, as well as various sides that will compliment meat selections.

If you've had Smokin' Train before, you know how great their food will be for the Gala! The menu is shared below. We asked for dietary restrictions in the registration process; if you missed that, please reach out to us asap so we can do our best to accommodate you.

To anyone interested, Smokin Train BBQ will be at Eveland Access campground July 20 I believe 10 am to 4-5 pm . Serving bbq along with 20 plus vendors! It’s an excellent campground with great amenities and beautiful scenery along the Des Moines river! If you’re looking for a day drive and relaxing I would recommend this short trip . Or maybe you’d prefer to camp! It is first come first serve but very nice camping with a boat ramp in the camp to access the river! More details to come!

Food Trucks open at 3:30 PM and serve until 8:00 PM.
