Do I have any Michigan friends that would want to help me at The Grateful Bear Campout Music Festival Aug 1st-3rd my original help had something come up. I only really need one person to help at the register while I cooked. It's a small festival. I don't want you to have to travel far it's not a huge money maker but it will be fun.

Hear me out. A food booth concept called "Eat a Cow" where I buy a whole cow and butcher it in the re**er truck. Sell Burgers and Steak sandwiches for the GA booth and offer higher end cuts and portions to the VIP side. You get about 440 pounds of meat, about half is ground for burgers and you can do special grinds like sirloin and ribeye burgers. I would order it already cleaned and cut mostly and so the grinding and special cutting in the re**er truck. You would likely need to get more ground beef to keep up on the burger side for a bigger festivals but thats easy enough to get l, I just wonder how good steaks for VIP would go over. They would probably all have to be presliced unless there was a VIP food court that allowed sharp knives. There would be limited cuts so people would have to order it ahead of time for VIP. But you could slice all the ribeye and do ribeye cheese steak sandwiches. Brisket Burritos, London broil sandwiches etc. Preorder for the Tomahawk and T Bones, Porterhouse, Tenderloins and such.
