Today, we proudly recognize Michael Cocca Jr. and celebrate an extraordinary milestone: 50 years in the hospitality industry.
Over the past five decades, that original vision has grown to include Franklin Plaza Ballroom, Franklin Terrace Ballroom, Franklin Square, and Suites, becoming a trusted part of countless celebrations throughout our community. From weddings and anniversaries to fundraisers, corporate gatherings, and family milestones, we have had the privilege of catering thousands of events and creating memories that will last for generations.
This anniversary would not be possible without our incredible clients. Thank you for choosing us, trusting us with your most meaningful occasions, and allowing us to become part of your families’ stories. Your loyalty and support have been the foundation of our success.
We also gratefully recognize the many employees—past and present—who have contributed their time, talent, and dedication throughout the years. Every chef, server, bartender, Management, maintenance team member, and behind-the-scenes professional has helped shape our legacy. Each of you will always be an important part of our history.
