We know so many of you have been waiting, watching, and asking when the doors will finally open — and believe us, we are just as ready and excited as you are!
There is a lot that goes into opening a restaurant. There are a lot of boxes that have to be checked behind the scenes to make sure everything is safe, complete, approved, and truly ready before we can open our doors.
And when you’re bringing new life into a building with history, character, and a story of its own, sometimes the process takes a little more time.
This isn't something we want to rush just to meet a date. We want to do it right.
Our goal is to make sure the building is ready, our team is prepared, and all the pieces are in place so that when those doors finally open, we're ready to serve Troy the Rudy's way.
So we're asking you to hang in there with us just a little longer.
Good things come to those who wait — and we promise, Rudy's Smokehouse will be worth the wait. 🔥
