An upbeat crowd strolled through downtown Troy on Saturday morning. Festival goers were on hand for the 24th annual TroyFest Fine Arts and Crafts Show. The festival began at 9 a.m. and will continue through 5 p.m. this afternoon. On Sunday, the festival grounds will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. .....

Take in the local talent at the C Spire Entertainment Stage.

Rosa designs and creates handcrafted jewelry using natural materials such as; glass, wood, pearls, leather ceramic, fibers, and stones. She hand knots many pieces using silk cord and wire wraps.
