POV: You thought you were coming to your aunt’s 70th birthday party… but you’re related to an event planner, so now you’re on the setup crew. 😂

Introducing today’s Designs by A&M employees:

And YES… I iron my linens. Every. Single. One. Because wrinkles were simply not invited to this party.

All jokes aside, getting to plan and design my aunt’s 70th birthday celebration was incredibly special — and watching this back reminded me just how much of Designs by A&M has been built with helping hands behind the scenes.

They carry. They hang. They move tables. They ask, “Where do you want this?” approximately 47 times. They tolerate my “wait, can we move that over just a little?” And somehow, they still show up for the next event. 🤍😂

Designs by A&M may have my name on it, but there’s a whole lot of love, family, and unpaid labor behind that name. 😂

Couldn’t do what I do without my people. 🤍

This weekend, I had the honor of helping celebrate my aunt’s 70th birthday—a milestone filled with love, laughter, family, and countless memories. It was a beautiful reminder of why celebrations matter.

Behind every event is a story. This one was about 70 years of God’s faithfulness, a legacy of love, and a life that has touched so many hearts. I’m incredibly grateful I was able to be part of such a meaningful evening.
