Hi friends! In conjunction with local artists, Mutiny Trinidad is going to publish and distribute a zine. We want this to be a collaborative project with the people of Trinidad for the people of Trinidad! August 16th at 1pm we will host our first zine making session. This is open to anyone interested in art, writing, collage, drawing and self expression/exploration. We will briefly discuss the history of zines and why they are an important outlet for ideas and art. Then everyone will get to make 1-2 pages of their own that will be published in our first issue. Mutiny will provide collage source material, exacto knives, glue and markers/pens/colored pencils and paper. We encourage attendees to bring their own art supplies as well. We think this will be a fun creative outlet for all ages but anyone under 16 years of age will need a parent or guardian with them.
