Good Morning everyone,

We have been and still are extremely busy with catering.
I will be posting tomorrow for Thursday

We are having chicken Alfredo
We are not having any soup or anything else because that is all I have time to do. We have a party to cater on Thursday morning.
I’m just giving everyone a heads up because if you really love chicken Alfredo at the rate we’re going it might not be available to order on Tuesday.
And I apologize I’m not sure what the solution is, but my kitchen/stove can only handle so much.
I will have it posted around 10 o’clock tomorrow.

Yesterday’s meal made me wish I was 35😂😂🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
Holy moly that was a lot of noodles to roll out and hand cut.
We went roughly through 300 eggs for the noodles.
Flour was flying everywhere🤪😝
My Dishwasher walked in and I just gave him a cash tip and said I’m sorry
😂😂😂😂
A mess was made🤦‍♀️ and that is an understatement.

Here is our menu for the week.
As requested We have cinnamon rolls.
Reminder It is up to you to confirm.
Even if you choose not to confirm, we still make your order. The confirmation is to make sure there is no technological issues.
I know everyone’s busy, but it’s hard for me to confirm orders on Thursday. Thursdays are extremely busy for me.
Especially this Thursday because I’m the one that makes all the cinnamon rolls and I’m going to have my hands in dough and I will not be able to respond to anybody on Thursday.

Hey everyone
I just had somebody reach out asking when I was going to sell chicken Divan.
I know many of you are probably curious because it’s so popular.
We will be selling it over the course of two days because I know there’s no way I can do it all in one.
October 28 and 29th.
Wednesday and Thursday.
I’m so grateful for the orders that we are receiving, but I know when it comes to Divan we will have more than we can get done in one day.
Yesterday with Mac and cheese
We went through
8 gallons of milk 60 quarts of heavy cream and about 50 pounds of cheese.
We will probably go through well over 100 quarts of heavy cream for the divan.
All these pots below were filled with cheese sauce 😂
Thank goodness I have a great Dishwasher who keeps our pot shiny😂😂😂
