Join me in congratulating my friend Mark Bouquin in winning The Overall Lumberjack in Paliseau, France this weekend! He flies home this week to get "full-on' training for the Stihl World's in Milan, Italy October 24 & 25!

Join me in wishing Lumberjack Frank a Happy Birthday! I figured it’s a good time to share a few pics from our recent trip to perform at my family’s Lumberjack Show at The Alaska State Fair a few weeks ago! Frank was a fishing fanatic, we caught fish, we saw glaciers, chopped wood, caught up with Ninja Warriors, ate moose, ‘saw’ mountains and enjoyed time with friends old and new! What a joyful time we had and we wish the same for Frank today!!!

Our SUMMER SHOWS have come to an end but we resume our AUTUMN SHOWS in September for 5 weekends starting 9/13! Shows are on Saturdays and Sundays at 4:00 through Columbus Day Weekend!

I don’t know about you, but hasn’t summer flown ✈️ by? Faster than ever?

It is our last full week at The Show before we move into our autumn season! Nightly Shows at 7:00P through August 24!

And I wanted to share this precious gift that my dear friends from NY recently delivered to me! WOW!

It is so touching that they made this saw blade from scratch and included my Charlie, Baby and the Shows! It is an amazing treasure for me and I LOVE IT!

Today is Lumberjack Dylan’s birthday!!!

And I’m going to share with you on his special day that… LOVE HAS BLOSSOMED HERE! Please join me in congratulating Dylan and Lumberjill Emily’s engagement!!!

Backstory: Dylan started Log Rolling here as a young lad, and then became an accomplished IronJack… a few years ago, Emily joined our Team from her Collegiate Chopping Team at Finger Lakes College from NY… and it wasn’t long til we were all like.. ‘there’s something happening here💞’ and we were all right… 💗💞💘💖

It wasn’t long until Emily moved to Maine, took a full time position at Scenic Flights Of Acadia and earlier this year, Dylan proposed to Emily!!! (I’m getting goosebumps writing this!)

They are getting married next year and I feel very, very proud to have been invited to officiate this union! 💍👰🏼🤵🏻‍♂️💞

I’m so happy to have promoted Women’s Underhand and CrossCut Sawing at the Lumberjack World Championships in 1994!

It took a few years to convince the Board of Directors to include these events, and I provided the prize money for the first 3 years…

🎆 Thank You, Timber Tina & The Great Maine Lumberjack Show!
Bar Harbor’s Fourth of July Parade wouldn’t be the same without a little Maine grit, sawdust, and serious star power! This year, Timber Tina and The Great Maine Lumberjack Show brought it all!!

🪓 Not only did they lead the parade with Tina herself as Grand Marshal (yes, that was her waving the axe with pride) but they also delivered an incredible live show at the Town Pier that pulled one of the biggest early crowds we’ve ever seen. From axe throwing to crosscut sawing to underhand chopping, it was pure lumberjack entertainment!

This marked Tina’s 30th year as part of Bar Harbor’s July 4th celebration and we couldn’t be more grateful. She’s more than an MDI celebrity. She’s part of the heart of this community💚

Thank you, Tina, for everything you do. We are so lucky to celebrate alongside you.

What a 4th of July Celebration we had! I’ve been so busy since, I haven’t had time to post our pics, so THANK YOU Visit Bar Harbor Maine for this post and pics!

I’ve never been a Grand Marshal, so that ride was pretty sweet!

The Team knocked it out of the park! Thank you SO MUCH to Dylan, Emily, John, Frank, Lucas, Adam, Ben, Kaylie, Samantha and Brandon Graves! And to Ben’s mom, Adair, for joining and Franks parents Jay and Beth Krupp for driving and their support! And to Saunders Automotive for sponsoring our trailer!

HAPPY JULY!!!

We are busy getting ready for this great American Celebration and are very excited to be leading the Bar Harbor 4th of July parade this year!!!

And then we will Chopping, Sawing and Axe Throwing in a few short demos in Agamont Park from 1:00-3:00PM!

We will be letting folks try Axe Throwing too! 4 throws for $5.00 and all 💵 goes to Acadia Youth Sports!
