1. Everyone must have permission to be on grounds. You must have a waiver signed (signed waivers are good for 1 year) and you must sign in on our sign-in sheets. Once an event is over you must leave the grounds unless you have been given permission. Our leadership would also like to go home and enjoy the rest of their day after events.
2. We are family friendly and all inclusive. We do not deal with politics or religion. Please try to keep things PG, you never know when a child is within ear shot.
3. Our motto is Aim High, Lift others Higher. In other words, you’re trying to strive to be your best and along the way you are lifting and helping others to reach their goals.
a. Which means being nice to one another.
b. There should be no harassment of any kind.
i. NO means NO, no matter the situation
ii. Harassment is harassment – including sexual harassment or encouraging of any type of harassment.
4. Hostility and/or rudeness towards members will not be tolerated. If a council person corrects you, make the correction and strive to do better. If you disrespect or do not listen to the council, you can be asked to leave the grounds. So be respectful to one another.
5. We do not tolerate underage age drinking at our events, if caught it is an immediate ban from the site. If you are caught providing underage personnel with alcohol, you will also be banned from the site. Please make sure you understand the age of people before offering up your alcohol.
6. We do not tolerate illegal substances on the grounds, if caught it is an immediate ban from the site. This is private property and the rule from the owners. Keep your stuff at home.

10. no homophobia/transphobia
11. No hate at all
12. Animals are allowed on grounds if they are friendly (non-aggressive) and on a leash.

If any of our rules are broken, the council will decide the situation on a case by case unless it is an immediate ban situation. Overall, we do not want the type of people who would deliberately break these rules at our socials’ around our children or each other.

Eastwind freehands, villagers, and citizens we need your help to make this years Dragon Faire a huge success. Dates are March 15 and 16. We really need more volunteers. If you would like to work the archery, thrown weapons or arena, you need to come to a social prior to the event to get qualified by the commanders of those houses. Otherwise we have gate duty and interacting with our poppets at the Jr Knights table for those less active, or even crowd control in our three houses. If your interested in helping please comment below. Even if it is just one day or part of a day, all the help is extremely appreciated.

This year's social calendar. Come join us it is free unless we are doing a class that needs payment for materials. Winter hours are 12-4, summer hours are 10-2. Quarterlies are usually evening events unless otherwise scheduled.

Calling anyone available, this Saturday the 22 from 6pm, 1800 for those military types, the King will need help installing the rest of the Great Hall floor. We know there is a social that day, but we are hoping you will be free to come back after some rest and food to help knock this out. If you are able to assist please mention below so we know how many to expect. Please bring safety equipment like eye protection and gloves if you have them.

Hello everyone. I would like to get three more ideas for next years New Years eve party. For those who missed our Great Gatsby, we announced we would be doing a theme every year. So far the nominations I have for this year are:
Nordic Gods/Valhalla
Masquerade
Video Game Characters
Sci/fi
Once I have a few more we will poll for the most popular and that will be the theme we work with for this year.

To let our people officially know. There will be no Clash this year. We have spent this last year invested on the building of the Village and are looking forward to the this coming year to grow both village and the knights that guard us.
