🎉 Meet Our New Events Director — Madi Liggett! 🎉

We’re thrilled to officially introduce Madi Liggett as the Events Director for both Mission Table and The Peninsula Room!

Madi joined our team in 2021 and has since tied the knot and welcomed her first little one (congrats, Madi! 🍼💍). With a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from GVSU and experience across Michigan’s most scenic destinations—from Mackinac Island to Saugatuck—she brings a deep love for creating unforgettable moments.
Her favorite part? Making each event unique, personal, and stress-free for our guests—while capturing the magic on our socials too. ✨

We’re so lucky to have her leading the way, and we can’t wait for you to meet her!

Meet the chef behind our very first Chef Series. 👋🍽️

This January, we’re honored to feature Chef Djordje Petković, a Serbian-born culinary trainee whose passion for traditional cuisine is matched by fine-dining training in Bulgaria and beyond. Currently pursuing his degree in Culinary Arts, Chef Djordje brings both heritage and precision to the kitchen—crafting dishes inspired by the flavors he grew up with.

His Serbian Supper Series is a reflection of home, history, and thoughtful technique—served in the intimate setting of Mission Table.
