Riley's Candles was the first tenant when Flat Cap Ventures opened our doors in 2022. We met an incredible dog and this adventurous man, Josh Hart , with a dream and they made 476 US 31 their home for almost 3 years.
Riley crossed the rainbow bridge last week and we could not be more heartbroken for Josh and the Riley's family!
We will dearly miss Mr. Riley taking ownership of his store, the hallways, and the conference room as he would wander and greet everyone in the building to receive pets, treats and love.
Riley and his mission, will live on in the legacy that is Riley's Candles and The Riley Foundation. In every dollar raised to help another pup, with every candle that will be lit, every family that has kept their furbaby alive thanks to life saving treatment provided by this organization, he will be there!
His spirit, his fierce determination to never give up, the belief that anything is possible, Riley will forever live on in all of us!!
Join us for a community memorial to Riley, this Saturday starting at 1pm at Riley's Candles inside Flat Cap Ventures at 476 US 31 South in Traverse City!!!
Thank you Riley!!! We will miss and love you always. You left your pawprints all over our hearts.

We were privileged to be invited to the ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly renovated Courtyard Traverse City location!!! Incredible team that we love working with and a beautiful facility for us to recommend to our clients!!
