Allie and Theo surely know how to throw a party! They say that the way to the heart is through good food, and these two certainly made their guests feel the love. From an abundant spread of charcuterie, a wonderful dinner, creamy gelato, cake, donuts and espresso, every detail was a treat. But the sweetest part of the day wasn’t on the menu—it was celebrating the beginning of Allie and Theo’s forever, surrounded by the people and the puppy they love most. There’s something so special about those quiet moments before a wedding celebration begins— just like the special moment Samantha shared with her dad, both quietly taking it all in before walking down the aisle.

Behind the scenes, it’s a time of final touches at Valley. Candles are lit, hors d’oeuvres are prepared, signature cocktails are mixed, and every detail is carefully put in place. All while we wait for family and friends to return from the beautiful ceremony taking place outside.

Then the doors open, the celebration begins, and the love and excitement of the day fill the rooms.

We’re so grateful to have been part of Samantha and Sam’s beautiful beginning.
