This wedding is one for the books. Every inch of space at the venue was utilized setting up for just over 200 guests. We may have pulled out every decoration from our inventory except for the Christmas ones. The vision had come together for almost a year. As planner, coordinator and venue we were full hands on and loved it. Bringing in the 30x60 tent gave us the elegant feel for the Emerald Green, Black and White Theme. Drapes on the front of the pavillion offered a romantic entrance while drapes under softened everything.

This was truly a remarkable day. As the planner, coordinator, and venue owner, we played a pivotal role for nearly a year. The setup accommodated over 200 guests, utiizing every inch of the venue for various activities such as getting ready, ceremony, first looks, cocktail hour, reception, and dancing.
It was a beautiful ceremony under the trees, next to Duck Creek.
The pavillion entrance included 60 ft white drapes and white roses while continuing the Romance and Elegance theme with 10' white panels hanging from each post. Wine barrels and live edge slabs served as cake, gift, guest book and DJ tables.
A 30'x60' tent held rustic farm tables as the head table. 24 round tables draped in black cloths, emerald green runners and topped with wood rounds and simple vases of white roses.

3 Days and 3 Weddings.

Thursday we celebrated with Mercia and Wade. Beautiful lace, pink flowers and antlers everywhere. Mercia's daughter played the violin and dog Elly was the ring bearer. 80 degrees and blue skies.
Friday, Chasity and Marston were wed under the trees and next to the creek with beautiful decorations by their family. It was a full decorating team. White linens with pink and blue everywhere. 75 degrees and clear skies.
Saturday, thanks to rain and 57 degrees we had to move Cassy and Kasey's ceremony under the pavillion. It was small but beautiful. A birchwood arch with white and cream flowers and live plants forming an aisle. They say rain on your wedding day is good luck.
We wish all 3 couples a lifetime of happiness and hope to see them back sometime soon for baby showers, birthdays, reunions and vow renewals.

We took advantage of this wonderful spring weather these last few months and completed the new decks and stairs on both the pavillion and cabin. Added an additional 12 feet plus stairs to the pavillion. The "Groom's" cabin got the biggest change. Added patio decking overlooking the venue and a beautiful staircase down the side of the hill. It now feels part of the venue and makes for easier access.
Cannot thank Joas Miller from Elkhorn Custom Sheds and the Amish community for their amazing work. We loved having their families come out to bring the workers picnic lunches, visit and trade recipes with the ladies let the kids run around and play in the creek.
The new additions will be used for many many years. We cant wait for Wedding Season to officially kick off on May 23rd. It is going to be a packed season. Hope to see you here.

When we have to take down trees we send them through the chipper and put the bark down in the ceremony site. It is important that we reuse what mother nature gave us.

Our ceremony site is located under mature water birch and aspen trees with seating up to 150 or choose a spot in our 10 acres of open field with the Elkhorn and Big Baldy mountains on either side with a view of Canyon Ferry Lake. Enjoy your reception on our 3700 sq ft of lush green lawn and cocktails and appetizers under our 1200 sq ft Amish built pavilion. We have 2 cabins for our wedding parties to get ready in and we take care of the tables and chairs for you.
We have an officiant on site and it is included in all of our packages.
