South Coast Botanic Garden South Coast Botanic Garden, "The Jewel of the Peninsula", is located on the beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula, 10 miles south of the Los Angeles Airport.

Conveniently located to many South Bay communities, this 87-acre Botanic Garden has more than 2,500 different species of plants from as far away as Australia, the Mediterranean, and southern Africa. The Garden is situated in Sunset's Zone 23, one of the most favored growing areas in the world. About 100 trees and shrubs are rare mature specimens, infrequently seen elsewhere. The wide variety of plant life provides food and shelter to an abundant wildlife and bird population, and over 200 species of birds are sighted annually.

Dogtoberfest is bringing a whole menu of Oktoberfest-inspired favorites to the Garden, including Jäger Schnitzel, b**r-braised bratwurst, giant Bavarian pretzels, Jäger fries, funnel cake fries and more. And, of course, we didn’t forget the pups—look for Barkuterie and Homemade Dog Bier just for them!

It’s officially the LAST weekend with the Trolls! 🥹🌿
After months of adventures, all 12 Trolls are getting ready to say goodbye. TROLLS: A Field Study closes October 4, so this is your final chance to find them all, revisit your favorites, and snap one last Troll selfie. 👀
Come on Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and you can get a special pic taken at our sleeping troll thanks to South Bay Credit Union.
