May is Apraxia Awareness Month. If you are unaware of this battle please educate yourself. If you know Miss Oaklyn you know she is the sweetest heart and will get her point across one way or another. We have bad days that get very emotional but overall we are getting better at understanding everyday. The AAC device is a great tool that we are still learning. This girl has a bright future and refuses to let apraxia get in her way. Just watch her on the t-ball field. lol.

Edison Local Schools

Preschoolers at Stanton Elementary were delighted by New Jersey-based comedy hypnotist and magician Steven Michaels, who left the little ones spellbound during his performance on Feb. 9. The presentation was sponsored by Movin and Groovin Productions of Toronto and was held for kids aged 3-5. Michaels is pictured performing a napkin trick with volunteers Ava Gunn, Grant K***z and Fiona Tingler.
