Events by Jennifer Lynn & Company LLC. Events By Jennifer Lynn & Company hosts a variety of events around the Berks, Lehigh and Montgomery counties.

Our goal is to bring families out to have fun and to help small businesses get seen with our vendor opportunities at all of our events.

Our Fall Pop Up Craft & Vendor Shows at The Windcreek Outlets in Bethlehem PA are scheduled & ready for all of you amazing vendors to sign up!

Saturday September 12th
Sunday September 13th
Saturday September 26th
Sunday September 27th
Saturday October 3rd
Sunday October 4th

✨Each Event will run from 12pm until 5pm (with the option to stay until 7pm)✨

⬇️Space sizes are as follows⬇️
•1- 6 ft table space
•2- 6 ft tables spaces (straight across)
•1- 6 ft table space with an extra 2ft space for a small rack
•1 - 6 ft table space with 2 ft to make a "L"
•3 - 6 ft tables (straight across)

•Vendors will be located throughout the outlet center upstairs

•Set up begins at 10:30 am. All vendors MUST be checked in no later than 11:30AM

•All vendors MUST bring their own tables & chairs

•Electric is available, but it is very limited.
•You can choose to do one day or multiple.

•When arriving to the event a representative from Events by Jennifer Lynn & Company will be there to show you to your space.

•Your name will be located on the floor where your space is, all vendors spaces are against walls or railings

Let’s get those spots claimed for our Autumn Craft & Vendor Show! This one always fills up fast!

Sunday August 30th
11AM until 3PM
East Greenville Fire Co.

•This is an Indoor Event
•Set up begins at 9:30 (no earlier)
•You must be checked in by 10:30AM or your space may be forfeited.
•You can request a space (no table) or an 8 ft table or both
•Chairs will be supplied
•Electric is available on a first register & payment basis. It is best to bring an extension cord as well to the event.
•There will only be one representative allowed per direct sales company.
•100 Swag bags will be handed out & Swag bag items MUST be received by Friday August 21, 2026, to be included in these bags.

⭐️ Space sizes start at 6' for $40!
⭐️ We host Pop Ups at the Outlets 2 times a month!
⭐️ Lots of foot traffic. Buses come from surrounding states with guests!

One of our new events for this year at the Willow Grove Mall! We are so excited for this!

End Of Summer Pop Up Craft & Vendor Show
Friday August 21st
Saturday August 22nd
Sunday August 23rd

Each day will be from 11am until 5pm & you can choose one day or all days! If you do set up for multiple days you MUST tear down & set up again. Displays cannot stay set up overnight.

• Spaces are 6'x4' $50 each

•Shelves can be used instead of table. Shelves can be no higher than 6'

•You MUST supply your own chairs as well

It’s time to start filling up for our Annual Cars & Crafts in the Park, we have lots of available spots for this event but they definitely do fill up fast!

NO RAIN DATE SCHEDULED

We will be alongside the 50th Annual First PA Mustang Club Car Show!!

✨Food Vendors⬇️

•$60 Food Truck
•$50 for a 10' x 10' ft space for a canopy
•No percentage taken from truck. All money made is yours!
•Set up begins at 9:30 am
•All trucks must be checked in by 10:30 am & ready for business by start of the event at 11:00 AM

✨Business Vendors & Crafters⬇️
•$40 per 10 x 10 booth space only
•$50 per 10x10 space with space to leave your car at your space.
•You must supply your own canopy (if desired) tables, chairs, etc.
•If representing a direct sales company there will only be one representative space allowed per company.
•Spaces are on a first come first serve basis
•Electric in not available
