It was really cold out this morning, but true to our Dover community Santa received a very warm welcome. Special thanks to Shawnee County Fire District 4 fondly known as Dover Fire for giving Santa a ride to & from the Community Center. Here’s a short clip of some of the goings on this morning.

🎃 A good time was had by all to celebrate Halloween at the Dover Community Center!! Thanks to everyone who came and all of those who handed out treats. What a joy it is to be part of our Dover Community!! We hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween tomorrow! 🎃

🎃 We’re excited to see all of the fun costumes at the Halloween Trick or Treat this Thursday, October 30!!

For those handing out candy - the doors will be open and tables setup at 5:00pm.

To the Trick or Treaters - come between 5:30-7:30pm!

To all - the Community Center will be providing hot dogs, chips and drinks!!

We hope you’ll be able to make the fun event, open to the community on Thursday, October 30!! Come to the Trick or Treat @ Dover Community Center between 5:30-7:30pm. The doors will open at 5:00pm for those handing out candy. Excited to see all of the fun costumes for Halloween this year. Hope to see you there!!

We, the Board of Directors want to thank Roger & Ross Sage for helping when the mulch was delivered & for getting it placed into the playground.

A big shout out to Leilani Morris & family and Ryan George & his boys for seeing a need & going down today & finishing spreading the remainder of the playground mulch. It was truly a big job.

Thank you to all who were able to make it to the 3rd Annual: Pull For The Dover Community Center - Sporting Clays Shoot last weekend!! We were thankful for the great weather and an awesome turnout. With just a few shy of 100 shooters and almost 70 bucket prizes - this was a great fundraiser for our Community Center!!

We hope you’ll be able to make it tomorrow for the Sporting Clays Shoot! No need to pre register, just arrive between 8:00am - 11:00am to register. We’ll have a great lunch for all participants and door prizes for the first 75! And awesome bucket prizes… almost 70 total prizes!

We have a fun game to see if you can beat our celebrity shooter, Rodney’s score… so come tomorrow and see if you can!! If you think you can - you have the chance to win a single membership to Ravenwood for 1 year!!

Don’t forget your gun, at least 50 or 100 shells, and cash or credit card! See you tomorrow!!
