Hello all! It’s been so long but...

I’ve officially rebranded and relaunched! Although I’m no longer calling Topeka home, I’m making frequent enough trips to do “pop ups!”

I posted this on my personal page a few weeks ago, but it's time i make the formal announcement here!

Big NEWS for the Appenfeller family! My handsome, smart and dedicated husband has accepted a position at Michigan State University to complete his Masters in Entomology, with his research based in Organic Agriculture.

I'm still unsure what this mean's for Prim Confections in the long term, but for now it means that we will be moving at the end of May. This business has been a huge blessing to our family and a true joy for me, and I know i will continue to bake regardless of where we are at.

I want to thank each and everyone of you for supporting me in this journey and I will miss Topeka and my village here more than I can express in words.

Starting this weekend I will be offering cookie bundles (think of it as a donation to the Appenfeller Moving Fund.) I will be offering lemon and chocolate chip cookies, a dozen for $20. You can do all lemon, all chocolate chip or a mix of both. I will also still be taking custom order's, so if you have a favorite treat of mine please make sure to get your order in ASAP.

Hey guys! I am going to offer a mix and match the next 2 weekends! It will be $8 for 6 or $15 for a dozen. What I’m thinking of doing is white chocolate cranberry, snickerdoodle, gingerbread and simple sugar cookies, but if you have any other holiday favorites, let me know and I might be able to work them in!

So I’m thinking about offering a mix and match option for the next few weekends (specifically the 16th and the 23rd) what I was thinking is white chocolate cranberry, gingerbread, sugar cookies, and snickerdoodles.

I’m also still taking custom cookie orders!

Hey guys!!! Wanted to update you that we welcomed our sweet Olive Poppy to the world on July 21st, 2017! We are enjoying life as a family of 4 and Lily Primrose is such a great big sister!

I want to thank you all for being understanding as I took some time off during my pregnancy and I wanted to let you know that I'm about ready to start taking some orders soon. It will probably start as a limited number but feel free to message me! I've got some plans for holiday treats this year!

Hey Guys! Wow it's been so long since i've posted anything! I have still been cranking out cookies, just haven't had time to continue to post pictures and things!

I am putting the shop on a break while i spend some time preparing for the birth of our second baby girl, and trying to spend as much time with Lily Primrose as i can while she's still our only little one.

Thank you so much for supporting me in our little business and being understanding as we work to transition into what our life will look like as a family of 4... While still having a busy day job, an active 3 year old and a husband who is almost done with his bachelors degree and planning on starting grad school in just over a year.

My current plan is to be back before the holiday's, but i will be sure to keep you guys posted, and you will still be seeing some of my fun projects that i will be doing in the mean time! And alway's feel free to message me with questions regarding recommendations!
