Hello friends,
I am delighted to introduce a hearty and comforting dish that I thoroughly enjoyed throughout my childhood. Albondigas en Salsa Chipotle consists of meatballs served in a rich, smoky chipotle chile-infused tomato sauce, which can be paired with traditional Mexican rice, but on this occasion I opted for white rice. Give a 👍🏼 if you would venture out and try this dish.
