This is a hands-on, physical role — if you like sitting around, this isn’t for you.

✔ Clean, valid driver’s license
✔ Show up ON TIME — every shift
✔ Strong work ethic & hustle mentality
✔ Ability to lift & work in the heat
✔ Weekend & holiday availability (May–October)

• Work outdoors in all conditions

For years, I was Bounce USA.
Every phone call 📞, every setup 🚚, every pickup, every single interaction… if something was happening, it was probably me.

Then 2020 hit… and like everyone else, we had to evolve.

We brought in online booking, started building a team, and began expanding in ways I never imagined.

Fast forward to 2026… and let me tell you something 👇

I’m not the only one anymore — and that’s a good thing.

I’ve spent years working side by side with our crew. I know what this company stands for, what we expect, and how we treat our customers. Finding one person who truly cares like that is rare…

…but somehow, we built a team full of them.

This past Friday, our crew handled multiple school setups without me — no issues, no stress, just smooth ex*****on.

In fact, I got a message from one of the schools saying they were doing a phenomenal job.

Now here’s the funny part…

The only hiccup of the day?
Yeah… that was me 😅
I forgot to load a game onto the truck 🤦‍♂️

We made it right, refunded the school, and kept the event rolling — because that’s what we do.

We’re human. We’re not perfect. We make mistakes.

But we show up, we fix it, and we keep delivering.
To my crew — I appreciate you more than you know.
