This weekend, we celebrated love with dark treats and sweet moments under the midnight moon at The Winding Woods Venue in Clayton, NJ. The bride and groom, Lucia and Luis, were an absolute pleasure to work with from day one. Their Gothic wedding theme truly captivated me—I've always loved a good theme!

Guests enjoyed a delicious array of sweet and savory snacks, including mozzarella shaped into a ghost, black truffle garlic cheese cut into spooky bat shapes, Oreo macaroons, grapes, homemade fudge, chocolate dipped strawberries, salami hand-rolled into elegant roses, and, of course, Reese’s Pieces peanut butter cups—just to name a few.

Everything came together beautifully, and despite the rough weather, they danced in the rain and made the most of the day. It was truly delicious magical celebration of love.

Shore Pourfection had a fantastic weekend! We kicked things off at our longtime client's house Jimmy and his amazing group of friends in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, for their Annual Memorial Day party. Sherri was behind the bar, serving up some incredible drinks, while Nicole was busy in the kitchen lending a helping hand overseeing the delicious food, and despite the weather turning out to be a washout, my amazing girls showed up, kept smiling, and made the best of the day!

The teachers enjoyed delicious refreshments prepared by me, including a Virgin Bourbon Peach 🍑Iced Tea and a Mint 🍃Julep. Made with all homemade ingredients. 🥰

✨🐎🐎✨Shore Pourfection was truly honored to return to my hometown of Jackson, NJ, to serve the talented teachers of Jackson Township Middle School for Teacher Appreciation Week for The Kentucky Derby theme. 🐎🙏📚🐎

This event meant a lot to me—growing up in Jackson with my mother being a retired teacher 👩‍🏫 and witnessing the community's changes made giving back to the educators very meaningful to me. It was especially cool to be back in my high school hallways! 🏫📚

The wonderful teachers enjoyed freshly made 🧇waffles, crafted into build-your-own waffle trays. Toppings included vanilla ice cream, 🍦 whipped cream, chocolate🍫 chips, mini M&M’s, fresh blueberries, 🫐 freshly chopped 🍌bananas and strawberries 🍓 and a variety of other delicious options.
