Why you should never second guess yourself. I catered for this group several years ago and all of a sudden it stopped. I didn’t do anything wrong, and couldn’t figure out since we provided a quality product at a fair price. Only to be called back today. We realized not only were we missed but that we didn’t do anything wrong it was just timing. Things always change and you have to adjust. The love shown today was incredible. Got a feeling we will be back.

I was about to spontaneously combust, it was so hot. However I got boys I’m raising and being a living example to everyday. It’s gonna get hot in life, but you work that mess out. We can complain and fall or overcome and thrive. A job needed to be done so we got it done. Brick Memorial Senior Picnic 2026.

1 of the kids are doing there own thing, 2 of these kids are kinda the same! In my Sesame Street voice!!!! Was caught taking a pic same time as guest at the retirement party at Kean at OCC. Congrats to Dr. O’Brien.

Can’t say enough about my amazing team in the back of the house. We found our groove and finished strong. So appreciative of all of you. Recap meeting tonight at 6:30. Let’s break it all down and become even better. *****on

A night to remember. Teamed up with and Party Perfect Event Staffing to pull off the 2026 Prom for Southern Regional Highschool in Holmdel. I knew I would need true professionals and that’s what I got working with these companies. The kids ate, and ate, and enjoyed the event. When we run it back I promise to have more Mac and Cheese!

450 plus served FRESH breakfast. Start time 9:29 am - finish at 10:07 am. Self serve, cooked on site, fresh, nothing ran out, leftovers. My team performed with precision. We only had to wait for fresh brewed coffee after the initial 240 cups served at beverage station. We had oat milk, flavored creamers, soy milk, 1/2 and 1/2. Oj, water, Full breakfast!

Up early this morning, Shore Sports Awards Breakfast. 450 plus pack in the . We cook on site fresh breakfast for the people. The whole team crushed it today.
