Renovations and demolition of Miss Eva's house began in October 2025. We have entrusted TEC Contracting LLC with the task of fully restoring this historic home to its beautiful former glory while preserving the character and charm that have made it so special over the years.

Though the transformation is just beginning, we are excited to share the journey as this beloved house is carefully brought back to life. Follow along for updates as each chapter of Miss Eva's house unfolds. 🏡✨

Demolition is underway on the old Greenhouse & Gift Shop once owned and operated by Eva Kirkpatrick and later carried on by Evadene Kirkpatrick. As this longtime local landmark begins a new chapter, we would love to hear and preserve the memories connected to it.

If you have stories, photos, memories, or bits of history about the shop, please share them in the comments.
