El Dragòn Empanadas & Tamales was created out of my passion for Latin flavors. Across the Americas empanadas & tamales exist in every culture in some form. I have used these influences to create a fusion menu that is truly unique. I hope you enjoy & love them half as much as I love creating them.

I turned to my (now husband) pretty early in the planning process and said "God bless Michael and his calming demeanor because he is all that is keeping this ship afloat right now." He was one of the first vendors to make me feel at ease that I could put my full confidence in him to help me have a great event and he certainly delivered. The food and service was great (had multiple people compliment the food and as I scarfed down meatball/eggroll appetizers and cheesy potatoes (several people have videos of me in my beautiful dress and ladylike make up doing this) I thought the same. Even the meat was tender and flavorful which I was not expecting since we did buffet style. We also used them for our bartending services which went smoothly as well. There were no hidden fees and no weird coordination for things you wouldn't think about (we met with some other bartenders/caterers and it was getting ridiculous). It was just Michael taking care of everything for us. Gave myself a good pat on the back for choosing him and you will too!

Dear Michael:
Would like to express my gratitude for all the wonderful food, help and stress relief that you provided this weekend. We have had people calling all weekend commenting on the food. I had people tell me that they don't eat grill or baked fish but that they loved your fish. I think that every ones favorite was the succotash and the squash casserole. They looked at the succotash and did not know what it was but after tasting it they all loved and wanted to know how to make it. Even the grooms mom Becky had made it as close as she could before the wedding for her family and if you can believe this her grandson ask for it for his birthday dinner I think he is 7. Lorah loved her palm tree. And you just made everything special, Could not have ask for better. All the attention to detail and quality of service was outstanding. Thank you again for everything.

Chef Michael and his staff were amazing! The food was to die for! Chef Michael made a custom menu for our wedding. We had a vision to give our guests a dining experience with different stations and they executed it flawlessly and our guests LOVED it. The wait staff was so helpful, they made our (bride & groom) plates and also made us a plate to go. Our glasses were never empty, our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about the food. Chef Michael and his staff were fun, friendly, and very attentive. Thank y'all very much!

I’m am very sad to say Master Chef Catering has lost our beloved Sous Chef during a boating outing on Lake Conroe Sunday May, 17th 2015. He leaves behind his 14yr old son along with many family and friends. I am asking for assistance with the costs related to this tragic event and ease the financial burden on the family. Prior to dining, passed appetizers were served and from the response they were as big a hit as the main menu. The guests were much impressed with the waitstaff.
