When we tell you a dress might be discontinued, we promise it’s not a selling trick. 😅

This bride knew after her first visit, but her next appointment was still a month and a half away. Then she went looking for her dress on the designer’s website…and it was gone. 👀

This happened two weeks before her next appointment. Her dress really had been discontinued, but thank goodness the sample she tried on was still here! She said YES and took her dress home today in that pink bag. 🩷

This sweet bride reminded me exactly why I do what I do. It was a quick appointment, but the joy she brought into the shop—and into my heart—was anything but small. There were tears. The good kind. 🤍

She has been through so much, and now she is moving forward with her best friend by her side.

A little behind-the-scenes bridal truth: sample sales can be hard for a small boutique because we are often losing money on those dresses. But when a bride responds with this much joy? The cost leaves my head, the business part gets quiet, and I get to simply feel grateful that I was there to celebrate with her.

My dear, sweet friends are getting married!! 🥹💍

Last night, I had a late appointment—but this one felt different. I didn’t need to dress up or be the stylist. I simply got to be the friend who created an experience and helped JoEl find the dress that made her feel like the most beautiful version of herself.

And Nate…sir, you best be prepared, your girl is bringing it! Tears of joy incoming!! I cannot wait for you to see your bride. OMgeeeeee!! 😭🤍
