Limited Holiday Release: Garzeno-Style Salametti

We’re excited to bring back our Garzeno-Style Salametti for a very limited holiday release, available online and at our farmers markets while supplies last. This traditional Italian salametti is made with a 60/40 blend of pork and beef and dried for 21 days.

Slice it thin and enjoy with crackers and cheese, add it to a holiday board, or savor it on its own. A longtime family favorite, this batch has a subtle hint of holiday spices layered with red wine, garlic, and sea salt—rich, seasonal flavors perfect for entertaining or gifting.

We have been privileged to work this land and connect directly with our community, always striving to leave it healthier than we found it. The Sand County Foundation’s commitment to recognizing and supporting landowners who balance productivity with environmental stewardship inspires us daily. Their work amplifies Aldo Leopold’s vision that conservation is not just about preserving nature, but about fostering a respectful, reciprocal relationship between people and the land.
