Saturday’s Spring Farm Dinner was a truly special evening.

From the incredible food by Seared to the thoughtful wine pairings from Barton Family Wines, every part of the night was meaningful and memorable.

We enjoyed oysters, beef tartare, pork belly bites, fresh salads and bread, followed by braised lamb shanks and grilled “gaucho” ribeyes that truly stole the show.

But more than anything, what stood out to us was the people.

Friends, family, and customers traveled from across California and beyond to gather around the table together. The level of support, joy, and connection in the room honestly took us by surprise.

We’ve never believed this work is only about raising cattle or selling meat. To us, it’s about building community, sharing meals, and creating deeply meaningful relationships.

And by that measure, Saturday night felt like a true success.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We can’t wait to do it again.

There’s a great deal of honesty to ranching the way we do.

The land tells us what’s possible. The grass grows in its own time. Animals finish when Mother Nature says they’re ready, not when a calendar demands it.

At Stemple Creek Ranch, we believe great food begins with understanding and respecting those rhythms. That’s what our pillars of honesty, transparency, and quality mean to us.

Honesty means being truthful about where your food comes from and how it is raised.

Transparency means inviting you to see the process, from healthy soil and thriving pastures to the animals we steward with care.

Quality is the result of doing things the right way, even when it takes more time.

As a fourth-generation family ranch, we work with nature, not against it. We believe that nourishing food starts with healthy land, healthy animals, and a deeper connection to the seasons.

“25 years ago today, we said “I do” and we meant it in every possible way. We meant it to each other, to this land, and to building something that mattered.

Our first baby (besides our puppies, of course 🐾) was a business born from sheer grit and a shared dream. 17 years ago, we gave it a name, Stemple Creek Ranch, launched our first website, and started selling direct to you, our community. Just a few weeks later, our oldest daughter arrived and reminded us what we were really working for. The ranch and business have grown, evolved, and humbled us every single day since.

To everyone who has supported us, our family, our customers, our community, thank you for being part of this story. Here’s to 25 years, and everything still ahead. 🥂”
