Good morning, Tomah ☀️☕

It’s Tuesday, October 13…

and today is the United States Navy’s Birthday. ⚓🇺🇸

So today we’re raising our coffee mugs to the sailors who have served, those serving today, and 251 years of Navy tradition.

Brick immediately asked if being a duck technically makes him qualified for naval operations.

Bean reminded him that floating is not the same thing as serving aboard a ship.

Promotion denied. 🦆⚓😅

And there’s plenty brewing at The Brick this week:

Good morning, Tomah ☀️☕

The pastry case is FULL with goodies from Linda Bakery…

which means Bean the Pastry Mouse is once again behaving like a tiny pastry executive with absolutely no chill. 🐭🥐

Tonight, we’re switching from pastries to footwork:

💃 Ballroom Dancing Class
🕕 6PM

And we still have room for 2 more couples in this session.

So if you’ve ever wanted to learn ballroom dancing but were waiting for a sign…

this is the sign.

Preferably not the kind where you step on your partner’s foot. 😅

Today’s plan:

☕ Coffee
🥐 Pastry
💃 Ballroom dancing
😎 Pretend coordination is a learnable skill

Brick & Bean Coffee
Open 5:30AM–7:00PM

Brick Sip Haus
Open: 3pm-9pm

Order ahead on our website

Good coffee. Full pastry case. Fancy footwork.

Monday is trying very hard today.

Mondays are tough. W**e helps. 🍷
Join us every Monday at Brick to turn those Monday blues into red, white, or rosè. Why whine about Monday when you can W**E about Monday?!

Good morning, Tomah ☀️☕

It’s Sunday, October 11…

and today is National Sausage Pizza Day. 🍕😎

Brick is thrilled.

To be fair, Brick LOVES sausage pizza, and so does Jerry. (Is Brick Jerry?)

Also pepperoni pizza.

Also cheese pizza.

Also probably any circular object with melted cheese on it.

We’ve stopped pretending he has standards.

And today at The Brick, we’ve got a full Sunday lineup:

🎶 Sundays at the Brick Presents: Jay Hoffman
🕐 1PM–3PM

🎂 Stitched in Sprinkles Cake Decorating Event
🕞 1:00PM–2:30PM

So today’s plan is:

☕ Coffee
🍕 Pizza thoughts
🎶 Live music
🎂 Frosting-related decisions
😌 Ignore Monday completely

Brick & Bean Coffee
Open today 5:30AM–5:00PM

Brick Sip Haus
Open Today 11:00AM-5:00PM

Good coffee. Great music. Cake decorating. Pizza obsession.

Honestly, Sunday is doing a lot.

Good morning, Tomah ☀️☕

It’s Saturday, October 10…

and today is **National Cake Decorating Day**, because apparently frosting needs a holiday too. 🎂😅

Honestly, we support any tradition that involves buttercream and poor impulse control.

And The Brick has a full day lined up:

🎬 **10AM — Movies at the Brick Presents: Disney’s The Lion King**
Because nothing says Saturday morning like coffee, pastries, and emotionally processing cartoon lions.

🔐 **3PM–7PM — The Forgotten Cellars Escape Room**
Bring your cleverest people.
Or your loudest people.
Sometimes those are different groups.
Tickets online on our website

🥐 **Fresh pastries from Linda Bakery**
Bean has already performed quality control.
Repeatedly.

So today’s plan is simple:

☕ Coffee
🥐 Pastries
🎬 Movie
🔐 Escape room
🎂 Somehow cake still fits into this

Brick & Bean Coffee is open and ready.

It’s going to be a GREAT day.

Suspiciously great, honestly.

Four weeks. Four clues. Four words.
Keep them in order--We're running a speakeasy, not a tutoring service. Can't crack the code? A $10 donation to Chasing Daylight gets you through the door. The animals appreciate your lack of detective skills.
