We are so excited to walk into another week full of tours, but nobody makes the stride around the venue look better than these two do!

Our first year of weddings is officially in full swing, which is still a little wild to say considering so many of our first couples booked Third Social when there wasn’t even a finished venue to walk through yet. They trusted the vision, and with that came our first-year pricing.

So between now and the end of October, we’re going to squeeze in every tour we possibly can for couples who want the chance to book at our current first-year rate.

A $3,000 non-refundable deposit secures your date and is applied toward the full venue rental price.

7 wedding tours this week, two planning meetings with Teet, launched our next event for our brides (11.19 ladies), and finalized a few concepts for the new year.

Ending the week by adding local chocolates to our suites from our new friends at Grace Chocolates is exactly what this week needed. Not because any of it was stressful, but because everything we did was just that good.

In addition to our on-site parking, Third Social has complimentary overflow parking available for your guests.
No extra fee. No sending guests on a scavenger hunt. No adding “figure out parking” to your wedding-day worry list.

Spring 2028 started booking at Third Social this weekend. Yessssss. 2028. 💍

We had a full weekend of tours, dates were claimed, and it was a pretty good reminder that if Third Social is somewhere you can picture your wedding happening, it’s time to get the tour on the calendar. Especially because there’s another date worth knowing:

November 1.

That’s when Third Social officially transitions from our first-year pricing to our standard pricing.

Any couple who has toured, found their date, and has their deposit in before November 1 will lock in first-year pricing, even if that wedding isn’t happening until 2028.

So if you’ve been waiting because your wedding still feels far away, we promise you it’s not! Book the tour and when you love it…lock. it. in. 🔐✨
