Let’s get back into the groove of things, shall we! Highly recommend this for our friends who vend, as well as those who attend!
Greetings, earthlings! The first round of festival approvals went out last night/today- close to 150 of them! Please check the email you applied under, as well as your spam folder. If you received an approval, congrats! Please let us know ASAP if you can no longer attend, so that we can offer your spot to someone else. If you plan to join us in 2026, please be sure to make your payment no later than 2/15/26 or your spot will be offered to someone else. Also, don't forget to send us photos to use with your vendor announcement.
This round of approvals focused heavily on filling our Macabre Marketplace. We are still working some things out in our food truck and author areas, so additional approvals in those categories will be going out over the next few days.
If you did not receive an approval notification, that means you have been added to our waitlist. Don't lose hope! After the 2/15 payment deadline passes, we will reassess the available space and do a new round of approvals!
We are also still accepting applications, so send this to all of your spooky small business owner friends! The link will be posted in the comments. Our official website is the ONLY way to apply. DO NOT respond to people in the comments offering booth space!
Once our Macabre Marketplace is full and all spots have been secured with payment, we will send our waitlist over to Needful Things and First Congregational Church- both of whom host vendor events during FOO weekend, and are located directly across the street from FOO HQ.
