Important Announcement from Forevermore Bridal
We regret to inform you that Forevermore Bridal is permanently closed and is currently in the process of filing for bankruptcy due to unforeseen personal matters within the company.
We want to reassure all of our brides that we are working diligently to resolve any outstanding matters:
• If we currently have your gown in our possession, you will be contacted directly to arrange for pickup or delivery.
• For the three brides whose gowns were not fulfilled, we will be reaching out to explain the next steps and to issue refunds accordingly.
Please be advised that Forevermore Bridal is not affiliated with Forevermore Weddings or City View Event Center. These businesses are under separate ownership, and we kindly ask that you do not contact them regarding bridal store matters.
For assistance, please contact us at (502) 482-3585. Brides awaiting updates should expect communication via phone or email. If you have been contacted about a refund it will be via your original method of payment. We assure you that everyone will be taken care of even among all the frustration.
We deeply deeply apologize for any inconvenience or distress this sudden closure may have caused and thank you for your understanding during this very difficult time. We appreciate every single bride, friend and family member that visited us. We will forever cherish the memories made and will forever be grateful for the experiences and happy memories we made with everyone! Thank you.
