We’re still obsessing over the details of Kait & Mark’s wedding at The Christy House!

From the custom w**e bottles used to serve water to guests, to the stained glass crafted by the bride, her father, and the groom, every detail had a story. The couple sourced the vintage bar, and the groomsmen made the seating chart.

A beautiful example of how personal touches can bring a wedding design to life. Every element felt thoughtful, meaningful, and completely them.

Many people may not know that I am both an event designer and a costume designer.

Costume building has shaped the way I design events. It taught me how fabric and color can tell a story. It also showed me how texture can add depth to a space. I bring those lessons into every design I create for Destination Events.

Working in theater taught me how to follow complex timelines and manage many moving parts. It strengthened my ability to bring a creative idea to life with care and precision.

Destination Events is where my two creative worlds meet. My artistic background helps me create celebrations that feel thoughtful and memorable.

Here is a fun detail: I made the dress in the first photo and the skirt in the final photo. 🤭
