Good evening our loyal friends...

It is with a heavy heart that I must announce the cancellation of Accio Bar Crawl for September 28th, 2024.

NOT ALL HOPE IS LOST!! We know how many of you have looked forward to this spectacular event so we are going to be in the works to reschedule for a future date before the end of the year. We are currently looking at November 2024 and will make an announcement once we find out more information and work out details with the bars and other persons involved in the planning process.

Over the past few months personal issues have come up and have led to our team falling behind on planning. We always want to take pride in ensuring we take the time, energy and focus to give everyone the best event we can. We want to take comfort knowing that we can provide the best experience we can rather than rushing around and cutting corners so all involved get to enjoy the event to the fullest extent.

Refunds will be issued to those who have purchased tickets or reserved a vendor table over the next few days. We hope that you all understand and keep in touch over these next few months as we get things settled down.l and continue to show us love and support for the future! ❤️

How's everyone's summer going?

We've been hard at work with the swish and flicks of our wands to make sure we can make this year as magical as we can! We will hopefully have some more news coming within the next week or 2 so keep a Madeye out! 🍺🍹🍸🪄

Good afternoon witches and wizards,

We are excited to announce that September 28, 2024 Accio Bar Crawl will take place for our 2nd year!

Many details are still up in the air due to the craziness of life, but the team is working on sorting out the very fine details of the event including finalizing bars, charity, ticket prices and anything else we can think of. As always, we are open to suggestions of all sorts, even if we don't get the chance to reply right away.

This year we do plan on fewer bars due to you magical people feeling like there wasn't enough time to hit each bar in the allotted time frame. We completely understand and want to make sure businesses and patrons are all on the same pages with excitement.

We will keep all of you updated as things continue to fall into place so make sure to share with your friends and keep an eye on the page for future announcements.

Good evening witches and wizards!

We are currently in the works of reaching out and finalizing a date for the Accio Bar Crawl 2024.

Our only major complaint is too many bars for the allotted time so we will be planning on scaling down the number of participating bars.

Another popular recommendation was hosting Diagon Alley and the registration bar at the same location which we are also in the works for.

Packo's At The Park seemed to be one of our biggest hits so they get the unofficial winner of the award for the best decorated bar.

One thing we are considering is finding another local charity to donate to this time around. We ask all of our loyal attendees to please give us some recommendations!

Please make sure to like, share and spread the word around so we can make this year even better! We are always open to ideas and suggestions for all different points of view.

We look forward to announcing more soon and seeing everyone around September ❤️

As this year comes to a close we at the Accio bar crawl are working hard to keep Toledo one and only wizard themed bar crawl going. We value everyone's feedback and opinions and will make next year's event even better. We were pleased with the turnout this year and so happy to raise over one thousand dollars for the animals. So thank you everyone keep an eye out for more info to come.

We are a few weeks since the crawl so if you guys have the time, we'd love to hear some feedback. Below is a link with questions to help us better understand your personal experience and ways that we can help improve for future events. Please make sure to share with anyone you know who has attended but isn't in this group. I will also be emailing this to everyone who bought tickets and provided an email address while also encouraging them to send it to the people they brought along if they bought multiple tickets. We are looking forward to hearing from everyone and taking all of this as a learning experience.

Well friends, after crunching all the numbers and finalizing everything... with all of your help we were able to raise $1,000 for Lucas County Canine Care & Control !!! Thank you all so much and we know the dogs at LC4 appreciate everything you have done to support them❤️❤️ We will be writing their check and turning it in to them at the end of the week. Always remember to adopt, not shop and keep it local!! 🐕 everyone who's helped and supported us are amazing 🤩
