Last customer just walked out the door. Had a line at 5 again today. Wanted to say thank you again, to each and everyone of you! Busiest Thursday in months and I could not be more thankful for the love and support! For those that witnessed me running around like crazy, thank you for your mercy and Grace! I enjoy what I do, it is a blessing to serve our community. Could not do it without you!

For those having an issue with me selling out so early, I literally had a line at the door when I unlocked it at 5. I served more today, than I have any Monday or Tuesday evening yet. Everyone came for Marsala and Piccata. It has been a massive blessing, but dealing with poor attitudes is not something I’m interested in. Have mercy and Grace, because I do for everyone that comes through my doors. My name may start with J, but it isn’t Jesus. I cannot stretch fishes and loaves into more. It’s gone, it’s gone.

After a lot of prayer and wrapping my head around the idea that some will be upset with the decision, I have made the decision to only offer the weekly specials on Monday and Tuesday.

Since opening on Monday and Tuesday evenings, the response has been great, but after looking over numbers, only around 8-10% have been coming in for anything other than specials. It does not make sense to go against what I try to accomplish on a week in and week out basis, of smoking meat fresh everyday/night. I have noticed a drop in the quality, that I am not okay with and it is unavoidable, unless I steer away from it on Monday and Tuesday evenings.

Thank you all for your continued love and grace! It is truly a blessing to serve you!
