is part of the Fagan Ranch, Refugio County, TX., which was established in 1834 by Spanish Land Grant. The ranch has been in continuous operation by Fagan heirs over the last 180 years. The Myers family had opened their home which was built in the 1880’s and have hosted numerous gatherings over the last 15 years. Prior to them, the FW Fagans resided in the old ranch house, and had their home known
as a place for weary travelers and those needed boarding or temporary stay. The atmosphere of the ranch has kept it’s feeling of warm hospitality througtout the years to anyone who has come through the threshold. The cattle guards coming into the ranch provide a passageback to a simpler time. It is the Myers family intent to offer up the same warm hospitality that has been given to visitors for the last 180 years. The Myers family offers a Texas Heritage dining experience on the 2nd Saturday of each month, as well as cooking lessons, and a venue for private parties.
