I often throw some birdseed on my front walk, both for the birds but also for kitty excitement as they watch through the front glass door. This morning was a cat winner because 3 birds came up the 2 steps & ate seed that fell on the front door stoop!

Craig Bickhardt’s heartfelt, eloquent songs reveal his thoughtful perspectives on the vagaries of life. His experiences as a rock band lead singer, solo troubadour, dedicated songwriter, husband and father are vividly translated into words and melody with echoes of artists such as Tom Rush, Gordon Lightfoot, Paul Simon and Woody Guthrie.

His virtuosic guitar work, interweaving folk, blues, country and ragtime influences, enhances the stories and images in the songs to create what he calls “listening music”.
