The facility is a 60’ x 90’ metal building with a 10ft porch across the front and 5ft side walks down each side. The inside is finished with wood and galvalume metal, giving it a country look. With the addition of a few theme
specific decorations the ambiance can be changed from a rustic theme or shabby chic to anything in between. The amenities include.
• Full Kitchen area
• Restrooms that are handicapped accessible
• Bridal Suite and Groom Lounge with private restroom in each
• Tables and chairs for up to 225 guests (includes table and chair for inside use only)
• Maximum inside occupancy- 250
• Heat and air
• Inside and multiply outside wedding ceremony sites available
• Decorations- wine barrels, lanterns, vases, signs, wood slices, 2 arbors, and much more
• Sound system and 2 Bluetooth speakers for outside, lapel mic, handheld mic, projector, and screen
• Spacious well-lit parking
• Yard Games available ( corn hole, Jenga, horseshoes)
• Room for additional wedding tents if needed
