Rain on a wedding day has long been considered a blessing. 🌦️

One reason comes from the familiar phrase “tying the knot.” Tradition says that a wet knot is harder to untie, symbolizing a marriage that is strong, enduring, and built to last.

Rain is also seen as a sign of renewal, growth, and the nourishment needed for something beautiful to flourish. 🌸

As the rain passed and the evening settled in, it left behind a peaceful beauty that made this celebration even more memorable. 🤍

According to TikTok, burgundy and chartreuse is THE wedding color scheme for 2026. 👀

I’ll admit… when this combo first popped up on my FYP, I was a little skeptical but after falling down the Pinterest rabbit hole, I can absolutely see how beautifully and elegantly it can be pulled off. The rich burgundy paired with those soft chartreuse tones creates such a unique, romantic look — and now I’m honestly excited to see if any of our future couples bring this vision to life! 🥀 🌿 ✨
