Visibility is EVERYTHING in so many aspects of life. Events depend on the word getting out, and showing up in your feeds. The BEST way you can support your local event community is by following, commenting, liking and sharing. But let's be real.. The algorithm rules us all. I follow thousands of accounts, and see the same handful only every day. Following an account on multiple platforms helps not only you not miss a thing, but that account get seen by others. While our Instagram is booming, our TT and FB are harder to get out into the world. If you use the platforms and have a minute, we would LOVE a follow on all the platforms. FB can be the easiest for community connections. So it's super important that it grows and thrives. Give us a follow and help us grow!


Also, do you see that AMAZING Shadow and Starlight logo in the background? That is hand designed by one of our own attendees and I'm OBSESSED. You will be seeing the logo around a lot more now. Including on the event shirts, swag bags and more. We are so excited to have art created by our own guests. Isn't it gorgeous?!?!

From enchanted witch and druid staves to delicate fairy trinket baskets, potions, wands, and mystical jewelry, each piece is crafted with care and imagination.
Part of my creative process involves sourcing materials from thrifted, found, and recycled components. This not only ensures that many Mossy Frog creations are truly one-of-a-kind but also breathes new life into forgotten treasures that might otherwise be discarded.

The Crafty Raven are collective of creative women who are passionate about our craft and strive to make only those things that are earth friendly. The shop is a full old school apothecary and pagan gift shop with herbs we organically grow or forage, tea blends custom created using only pure ingredients, ritual herb and oil blends, ceramic teacups, spoons, Incense holders (and our own scent blends of incense), divination sets, and garden pieces, embroidered bags and pouches, wallets and hair holders all made with natural materials and themed for the pagan/celtic/faire community. We also offer flower crowns for the fancifully inclined, and wire wrap work when inspiration hits their muse.
We love what we do, and you can see and feel the love in everything we make...which is everything we sell.

😍1. Historical Fantasy Picnic hosted by yours truly and Hidden Worlds Book Store. Come dressed in your historical or fae finest. Be part of the magic, shop a handful of local vendors, pick berries, get your portrait taken. This is a FREE event that you don't want to miss.
💪2. The Warrior Expo hosted by P.S. Productions. This is going to be so cool! The men in my life are super excited to be part of this. From people in armor, to people in kilts, we are SO THERE. Contests, Scavenger hunts, and partying. What more can you ask for?
📚3. Romancing Portland hosted by the people of RCCC is guaranteed to bring you a magical weekend. Amazing authors and vendors, entrance to BOTH RP and RCCC, a gorgeous venue and a night that will go down in your own personal history. 🐲4. Empryean Gala hosted by Dreamscape Fantasy Events. Okay so we are just lowly nobody guests at this one. But we are SO EXCITED to be traveling to one of my husband's bucket list places for it. Banff is breathtaking. This ball looks AMAZING and I am over the moon excited about some of their guests and performers. We hope to see some of you there, even though its a trek that involves passports and airplanes. We would love to party with anybody attending! Just give me a reason to bring my camera too

Chelsey Ann Tompkins was born to be a storyteller, specializing in tales of magic and swoon-worthy romance. Her adolescence was spent reading countless historical romance novels and classic literature, leading to a love of brooding men and strong-willed female characters. When she is not dreaming up heartbreaking romance stories, you can find her brewing yet another vanilla latte, at the library with her kids, or reading while indulging in the blissful silence a bubble bath provides. She resides near Seattle with her husband and two wildling children.

One of the things you don't think will take ALL of your time in event planning.... Event guides...
I hate to admit how long I've been working on this. And it's STILL not done. Waiting on parking maps, hotel recs, and just so much design and redesign. It's these small things that make the events run a lot smoother for vendors, artists and attendees though. But maaaaan do I feel like this has been a process.. Here's to hopefully having this done soon!
