✨ STREET TEAM APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN ✨

Do you love fantasy, cosplay, bookish spaces, immersive events, and screaming about exciting things online?

The Court of Shadow and Starlight Ball is searching for a small Street Team to help us spread the magic across social media and online communities.

We are selecting only 3 Street Team members to help promote the event through:
🖤 Facebook groups
✨ Bookish communities
🖤 Fantasy & cosplay spaces
✨ TikTok, Instagram, Threads & more

Street Team members will receive either:
👑 A VIP Ticket Package to the event
OR
💰 Payment per promotional post (discussed with management)

VIP includes:
✨ Market Access
✨ Formal Meal
✨ Open Bar
✨ Time with Actors
✨ Immersive Ball Experiences

Street Team members are expected to:
🖤 Post at least 2 times weekly
🖤 Interact with event content regularly
🖤 Help boost Facebook visibility and engagement
🖤 Submit screenshots of weekly promotional posts in a group chat

Already have a ticket? Already part of cast or crew? You are STILL welcome to apply. ✨

If selected, you would automatically qualify for:

Someone reached out to ask when we would be selecting our volunteers. And we realized we should probably get on it this summer!

While we do have a good selection of people that have already applied to look over. We only have a very very small handful that have volunteered for the tear down and evening shifts. While they aren't ideal. We promise you still get to party and have fun! And somebody has to do it!! 😍

I know I haven't posted in a few days... But that's because I'm currently in the clutches of my direwolf era 😍 it's safe to say that Stark is one of my favorite MMCs ever!!!
Who else is reading/listening? I'm obsessed 😍😍 I'm not ready for it to end. Though I probably need to get back to work. 👀
Fun fact: my look for the ball is wolf inspired 😍 and has pieces of Marin from Direbound and Aurora from The Wolf King mixed together 😍

This took 6 ladies, 9 stores and 2 states. But my paper flower collection for the "garden" dance space at The Court of Shadow and Starlight Ball is growing beautifully. 😍 🌷 🌺
Where will I keep dozens of giant flowers for the next year, you ask? I have no idea 😂😂 but for now, they are safely taking up way too much room at my photography studio. 🫣😂
I've been having so much fun collecting decor for the ball!! With FOUR dance spaces (3 ballrooms + outdoor dance floor) all with their own themes. The sky is the limit for me pretty much! Wilding, Tides and Starlight themes are well underway. But how the heck do you decorate for "Shadow". Any ideas? I'm all ears! 😍

Someone recently messaged me and said "I bet it's just in some hotel conference room" and even though I have tagged Shawn Gardner Dance Hall dozens of times. I wanted to clear this up.
Our ball is taking place at Shawn Gardner Dance Hall. this is a large venue with THREE formal ballrooms PLUS an outdoor dance space. The ENTIRE building is a dance floor. Each ballroom is being professionally decorated to represent their own courts. With immersion being our main priority, and different activities and vibes to each room.
There are book events that throw parties. There are parties that are geared towards bookish vibes. There are comicons that have formal dances.
Shadow and Starlight is a BALL with an artist market in the daytime. Our priority is to feel like you are at a ball. we have EIGHT different choreographed dances (not just one) we have immersive activities throughout the night. We have roaming servers with plates of themed treats. We are building multiple photo-op spaces. Our swag bags are filled with vendor items and usable/wearable and bookish accessories. There is an entire storyline that will be played out during the ball by our amazing actors and performers.
And things are continuously growing and evolving. This is a luxury experience for all fantasy lovers out there and you DONT want to miss it! 😍

Did someone say 360 photobooth?!?😱😍😂
I've actually been to several events in the last few years that have promoted they would have a 360 photobooth, then they didn't end up having one. And I would be so excited and then so bummed. I just think these are silly fun 😍
So one of the first things I added to my event company was ordering my own 360 booth. So you can bet this thing will be at any Fae and Scales hosted event 😍
We will be bringing it to a local prom this weekend and I had to bust it out last night and try out some new apps with it.
