Good morning friends. Here is the meal that I’m offering this week.

Beef Souvlaki Kebabs with Tzatziki Sauce-The beef is marinated in lemon, garlic and oregano and then cooked to perfection.

Tzatziki Sauce-A nice refreshing combination of cucumbers, dill, lemon juice and yogurt.

Zucchini and Yellow Squash Sauté- This vegetable side dish comes alive with the great addition of mixed herbs.

Green Rice- The rice is cooked and then oodles of parsley is added for great color and awesome flavor.

I will be taking orders though Tuesday. My delivery days are Thursday and Friday only this week.

Good morning friends. I’ve developed a new meal to share. Here is what I will be offering this week.

Pork Chops with Mango Salsa- The fruity and spicy flavors in the salsa are the perfect partner to the savory, juicy pork chops.

Green Beans with Orange Almond Gremolata- This is a great colorful side dish with flavors that pop with each and every bite.

Red Potato Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette- Here is a great salad that compliments this meal.

I will be taking orders through Tuesday. My delivery days are Thursday through Saturday.

Check this out. It looks super yummy and not too complicated. I have written out recipe with ingredients, and directions to follow.

Ingredients:
puff pastry: 400 g (14 oz)
water: 10 ml (0.3 fl oz)
sugar: 15 g (0.5 oz)
Roll puff pastry out on parchment. Place large round dish on pastry and cut around. Place on cookie sheet with four corners. Prick pastry all over with fork. Brush with water and sugar. Bake at 356* for 25 minutes.

Roll puff pastry out and cut into same sized circle. Cut into 12 triangles. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with water and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 356* for 25 minutes.

whipping cream: 500 ml (17 fl oz)
powdered sugar: 60 g (2.1 oz)
Greek yogurt: 250 g (8.8 oz)
Whip cream and sugar. Add yogurt. Mix again. Set aside.

blueberries: 100 g (3.5 oz)
blackberries: 100 g (3.5 oz)
raspberry: 100 g (3.5 oz)
sugar: 70 g (2.5 oz)
starch: 10 g (0.4 oz)
water: 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
Place berries and sugar in sauce pan. Cook for 6 minutes stirring occasionally. Mix corn starch in water and add to berry mixture. Set aside. Place a small amount in a bowl for top of cake decoration.

Place baked pastry round in pastry ring. Crumble four edges for later use.
Place 1/2 cream mixture over pastry. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
Add 1/2 berry mixture. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
Add 1/2 cream mixture. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
Add 1/2 berry mixture. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
Remove cake from pastry ring.
Place pastry triangles over top. Add scoopful of berry mixture on top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Place pastry crumbs around edge of cake.

Shrimp or Chicken Piccata with Artichokes- This entree is lightly sautéed and then a delightful lemon, butter, artichoke and caper sauce is added.

Roasted Vegetable Pasta Primavera- A take on a classic pasta dish. This version uses penne pasta, Parmesan and a wonderful combination of roasted vegetables.

I will take orders through Tuesday. My delivery days are Thursday-Saturday.

Good morning friends. I realize it’s been a few weeks, but I’m back offering a meal. Here is what’s on the menu…

Caprese Chicken with Basil- What a lovely combo...smoky bacon, fresh Basil, ripe tomatoes and gooey mozzarella. You can’t go wrong there.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes- Simple, but oh so satisfying with the chicken.

Roasted Asparagus with Lemon- I wanted to include a lovely citrusy side dish to compliment the meal.

I will take orders through Tuesday. My delivery days are Thursday through Saturday.

Hi friends. It’s strawberry season!! So, I’ve come up with a new entree. Here is what I will be offering.

Good morning friends. Here’s what I’m offering this week for meal delivery.

Steak Fajitas- classic dish with flank steak and tri-colored peppers/onions are seasoned so every bite has a sweet, savory and smoky flavor.

Corn Tortillas-made locally in Beaverton.

Spanish Rice- a delicious compliment to fajitas that is seasoned with spices including coriander, chili powder and a dash of cayenne.

Mexican Chopped Salad- This is a colorful and fresh salad which includes tomatoes, corn, mango, jicama and cucumber. It is then tossed with a sweet cilantro lime vinaigrette.

I will be taking orders through Tuesday. My delivery days are Thursday through Saturday.

Good afternoon friends. I’m back with a new meal idea. Here is what I will be offering this week.

Pork Tenderloin with Raspberry Sauce- This is a new find!! The pork is topped with a savory balsamic raspberry sauce.

Polenta Cakes- These polenta cakes are crispy on the outside and dense and creamy on the inside.

Roasted Broccoli- A great colorful addition to the meal. The broccoli is so yummy and flavorful.

I will be taking orders through Tuesday. I am only delivering dinners on Thursday and Friday this week.
