We had a great time at Hearts and Diamond Gala last night.

If you look carefully you can see the outline where there use o be a door. This door is on the wall shared by our kichen and our family room.

I love how old homes reveal their history.

I wish we had the original blue prints for the house so we could see how it use to be laid out.

The navy looks so much better then the wallpaper that was stained and peeling. Once art is hung the lines won’t be so visible.

We are in search of any information/photos on the family that built our home. William Samual Cobb Sr and his wife, Martha Berry Atkinson, started construction in 1905. He was a Deacon at First Baptist in Tifton for over 30 years. We have combed the Library so now we are asking social media. Thank you in advance.

Do you have over ripe bananas? Don't throw them out. Make dog treats.

Mix 2 cups oats, 2 cups oat flour, 3 ripe bananas, one egg, cinnamon, and a tables spoon of neutral oil or peanut butter.

Roll out and cut into pieces. Or use a mold like I did. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Store in the fridge.

We got some new Koi from our friend Frankel. One of the 'new' koi jumped out of the pond. We have no idea how long he was laying on the ground but when he found him he was still alive, but barely. We put him back in the pond and he slowly started to revive. He appears to be just fine now. It is a Christmas miracle. We named him John McClane. Because Die Hard is a Christmas movie.
