Florists brides biggest complaint about the wedding industry is not having prices on a website, I mean they really don’t like it. I changed 2 things prices in website and workflow with Flowery- Florist Software So I put my prices on my website where a bride can estimate what her wedding flowers will cost before ever having to get on a call. I think we have all been there where start making modifications to price after the proposal when really that shouldn’t happen. The brides feel awkward and trapped and then florists feel trapped and pressure to still book the wedding. You really can solve this problem and a lot of other ones by just being transparent. Every bride prices her wedding on my floral calculator before the consult and definitely before design a proposal, so she comes to the consult with a realistic budget and I am not wasting her time. I have gotten to do some pretty amazing weddings this year and we have only four more left for 2026! I can’t believe I am even saying that and I definitely can’t believe I only have 3-5 spots left for 2027 🤯 Who knew just putting prices on your website would attract the best clients ever! 2026-2027 brides I have something pretty amazing up my sleeves to celebrate all together.

Florists this is the exact process I use to go from estimate to booked. I put my prices on my website with the floral calculator and then that estimate goes directly into my proposal system with Flowery. The bride gets to find out how much her flowers cost before every getting to the consult which means she isn’t wasting time and you are spending hours creating a proposal for someone who never was going to book. Wedding florists. The $50K Pinterest board vs. the $5K floral budget happens because brides don’t know what wedding flowers cost.i know this is a big pain point because this would happen to me too. So I built a floral calculator that gives them a floral estimate before we ever talk. They started raising their own budgets, having a better experience, and I started booking more. All it took was going in on price transparency. I have watched other florists grow from adopting this strategy and the best part no brides have ever complained about a wedding vendor having prices on their website.
