We’re honored to share that Arlington Acres has been recognized with:

✨ 2026 WeddingWire Couples’ Choice Award
✨ 2026 The Knot Best of Weddings
✨ 2026 Best of Zola
✨ The Knot Hall of Fame

And here’s what makes these extra meaningful…

These awards aren’t decided by panels or popularity — they’re based on real reviews from real couples who trusted us with one of the biggest days of their lives.

Every five-star review represents:
• rain plans executed without stress
• timelines that flowed seamlessly
• late nights behind the scenes
• hugs at the end of the night

When John and I restored this historic barn on our family farm, we simply hoped it would become a place where people felt celebrated and cared for.

To see it grow into an award-winning venue because of the experiences our couples had here means more than we can say.

If you’re newly engaged and looking for a venue that pairs beauty with consistency and intention, we would love to show you around.

The Barn at Arlington Acres

Arlington Acres is set on the grounds of a working farm in Northwest Ohio. The farm produces pumpkins, corn, soybeans, and wheat. The idyllic setting, the history and distinctive character are what make this venue truly unique.

The foundations of the barn were first laid by Arlington Dunn in the 1860s where it stood for several years and then was used as housing for the building crew and farm hands as they built Arlington’s beautiful home on the property. The lumber used for the barn and home is all native timber (butternut, walnut, and cherry) from the farm.

Renovations of this historic barn have just begun, and plans are in the works for a vineyard, bathrooms, bride and groom rooms, catering prep room and an extended reception space.

The venue offers several distinct areas that can be used for ceremonies, including the old barn and the lawn adjacent to the barn near the silo.
