Mini loaf cakes for friends for Mother’s Day. Always fun to try something new!

I’m a little rusty but I had an itch to make a cake and some cake pops.

The cake is a strawberry crunch cake with a cheesecake layer. It gave me so much trouble and once it was put together I was not happy with it at all. But then we finally cut into it last night and oh my goodness… it was so delicious!

The cake pops I didn’t taste yet… but they were simple to do!

I’m not out of retirement… but I’ve definitely thought about offering some cupcakes again… 😉

Incredible Hulk cupcakes I did over the weekend. Joey said they didn’t look like the Hulk, Jackson approved and they were for a kid so I guess that’s all that matters 😆 I am definitely a little rusty and out of practice!

A few of the things from the party today. Boy I’m tired but it turned out great! The first was probably the biggest hit! Root beer with Sarsaparilla labels and the kids loved it. Then the favor bags filled with goodies, and my first try at sugar cookies.
