🇺🇸 250 Years!! What an absolutely incredible milestone!! 🇺🇸
As I sit here today, watching flags wave and hearing fireworks in the distance, I can’t help but reflect on how incredibly blessed we are.
For 250 years, generations of brave men and women have fought, sacrificed, and stood strong so families like mine could live in freedom. Because of them, I get to hug my grandchildren, gather around the living room with family, worship freely, own a small business that I love, and wake up every morning with the opportunity to build something of my own.
That freedom has never been free.
Today, my heart is full of gratitude—for our military, our veterans, our first responders, and every person who has helped preserve the liberties we often take for granted.
I’m also thankful for this amazing community that has supported Southern Pigtails Custom Apparel & Gifts through every season. Your orders, your shares, your kind words, and your encouragement have allowed me to continue doing what I love from home, and I will never stop being grateful for that.
As America celebrates 250 years, my prayer is that we remember what unites us more than what divides us. May we choose kindness, be humble, honor those who came before us, teach the next generation the value of freedom, and never forget the price that was paid for it.
From my family to yours, I hope your day is filled with laughter, memories, and appreciation for this beautiful country we call home.
