We are delighted to share that our Charles Dickens Christmas Lunch at The William Mason House is officially SOLD OUT!

Thank you to everyone who has reserved a place at our table. We look forward to opening the doors of our historic 1840s estate and welcoming you for an afternoon inspired by the warmth, tradition, and gracious hospitality of a Victorian Christmas.

For those who were unable to reserve, we are still welcoming inquiries for our waitlist and will be in touch should a table become available.

For decades, the William Mason House stood abandoned and waiting for someone to believe in its future. There is something deeply powerful about this restoration. Somewhere along the way, this project became more than restoring a house. Our four year restoration journey became a reminder of what is possible when we believe, persevere, and refuse to give up. It is a privilege being the steward of this magnificent piece of architectural history. My sincerest gratitude to all the local craftsman and craftswoman who brought this beauty back to life.

May this house stand as a reminder that with faith there is hope, with community there is strength, and with god’s grace, new beginnings can emerge.✨

A Victorian Christmas Lunch at The William Mason House 🎩🎄

Christmas, 1843.

Across the Atlantic, Charles Dickens published A Christmas Carol — a tale of candlelit rooms, generous tables, merriment, and the simple joy of the season.

Just two years later, in 1845, the William Mason House began its own story.

For more than 180 Christmases, the house has stood quietly in the New England countryside, welcoming generations through its doors.

This December, step inside a house dressed for the season and experience a little Christmas past.
